Welcome to the Flat Rock Lakes Home Owners Association (HOA) website! The Flat Rock Lakes HOA is committed to preserving the quality, safety, and character of our neighborhood. Our role is to care for shared spaces, protect property values, and maintain the unique charm that makes Flat Rock Lakes a special place to live. Through responsible stewardship, we ensure that community amenities are well maintained, neighborhood standards are upheld, and residents feel a true sense of pride in where they live.

The Flat Rock Lakes community is located in the Historic Village of Flat Rock, NC. Two of the more notable landmarks in the area are the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site and the Flat Rock Playhouse. This beautiful community offers a friendly setting that is within 15 minutes of downtown Hendersonville, NC, with easy access to interstate highway 26 and state highway 225. In addition, we are located nearly equidistance from Asheville, NC, and Greenville, SC (33 miles and 37 miles, respectively).
